RelationKit features a rich-text editor to allow you to craft the perfect reply for any support ticket. We've added a number of enhancements to improve your messaging experience like:
- Article Mentions
- Saved Replies
- Emoji suggestions

Article Mentions
Article mentions allow you to easily search the titles of your published knowledge base articles and provide the customer their link to the Article on your beautiful knowledge center.
To use article mentions, type # followed by a few letters of the title of your help article. For example if I type #Using my editor begins to prompt me for this help article on Using the rich-text editor.
Saved Replies
You'll need to have setup some saved replies in your Space Settings but once you've done so, you can access your saved replies by prefixing with ! followed directly by a few characters of your title. If you had a Saved Reply titled "Welcome" you could find it quickly by typing !welcome.
Selecting enter when the reply you wish to be inserted is highlighted will insert the saved reply into your message for you to edit or send straight away. 🎉
Emoji suggestions
Emoji's allow you to customize your messages and make them truly personal so don't be afraid to use them every now and then ✍️ to get the perfect reply to your customers.
You can search for emojis by beginning the search with : followed by your emoji's description, so for a thumbs up you could type :thumb and find it in the list of suggestions.
