Pre-fill ticket information

If you wish to pre-fill the customer information when sending them to the ticket page, follow these steps, replacing the URL help.relationkit.io with your Customer portal.

Prefill the customer email
http://help.relationkit.io/tickets/new?email=andrea.fomera@gmail.com

Prefill the customer name and email
Be sure to replace any spaces with a + or %20 for full compatibility.
